בחיפושי אחרי במו R800, נתקלתי במודעה על כלי עם נסועה נמוכה, שנת ייצור 2010, ב22 אלף שח. ניסיתי להתקשר והמספר לא היה מחובר, שלחתי הודעה ולאחר זמן מה קיבלתי הודעה מ Christian Alexander Duben באימייל בזו הלשון:

אופנוע עדיין למכירה.
המחיר הוא – 22.000 ₪ . המכונית משנת 2010 , ועשתה רק 19,000 קילומטר.
אופנוע היא בדיוק כמו שאתה רואה בתמונות, בלי בעיות, ואף פעם לא הייתה לה תאונה.

אני עבדתי בישראל, שם קניתי אותה. לכן המכונית רשומה בישראל. יש לה
לוחיות רישוי ישראליות ומסמכים ישראלים.

עכשיו אני שוב ביוון, ולרשום את הרכב כאן עולה יותר מדי כסף.
עלות רישום הרכב כאן גבוהה מאד כי הניירת שלו ישראלית. לכן החלטתי למכור
אותו בישראל.

I reflected on the price last night and i agree to accept your offer of 20,000 NIS. I am the first owner. As i said, i am in Greece and i have the bike here with me. I can send the bike back in Israel with Lkw company (www.lkw-international.com) and the bike will be delivered at your home address in 3-4 days. I used this company before, they deliver and also handle the payment for transaction. So, will allow you to test the bike before i receive the money, because . You will receive of ownership of bike without problem because I will send the Israeli documentation in original along with the bike . This company will make the name transfer the ownership on your name also because I will give them a power of attorney and all other necessary documents.

I am ready to start as soon as you decide. I need the following details:
- Your full name for the documents,
- address where the bike will be delivered,
- your phone number

After i receive this information from you, i will go to the LKW company and they will contact you to proceed with the delivery and explain all the details that you need to complete the deal. Then you will have to make a deposit to the logistics company bank account. The transportation to your address will begin after the deposit is approved and confirmed by their bank. The money will be secured by this company in a safe logistics bank account until the bike arrive to your address and you will be satisfied with the bike . To be more precise, i will receive the money only if you will be satisfied and accept the bike . In case you don't like the bike , you get your money back, the payment is only for safety reasons, just to be sure you will not make me to pay for the transport to an address that doesn't exist. This is just a formality and it won't obligate you to buy the bike .

You will receive the bike and you will have 5 days to check and decide if you buy it or not. You can inspect the bike at your mechanic or garage to see if everything is working properly. If you find something wrong or a problem with the bike or with the bike's documents you will receive a full refund and the bike will return to me. After you say that you don't want to buy it, the shipping company will give you the money back in the same day and take the bike from you. I am responsible for the complete delivery taxes, including return if you do not agree to finalize the purchase, but I guarantee you will like the bike .

need to involve the third party in this transaction. please try to
understand that you wont send me the money, you will deposit the money
into the shipping company account. they hold the payment until you
confirm that you have the bike and want to buy it, if not, the
shipping company will take the bike back from you and in the same time
will transfer the money back to you. this are the third party terms,
we are in 21th century and this is how the transactions are done,
involving a third party. so, as I said, there is nothing to lose and I
assure you that you will be satisfied with the bike. take a moment,
think about it and give me your final answer so I can know what to do
next. please understand that there is no problem if you don't want to
continue with this terms, just tell me what you want to do. waiting

I understand you cannot send the bike, but license plate number frame and engine number + some pictures are IMHO not an issue.

I tough i explained. Sorry, my mistake. I don't have any copies of

the documents because the transport company asked for the original
documents. All the documents are already packaged at the transport
company and will be delivered to you with the bike because they handle
this transaction.I have already arranged with LKW where I left the
bike and they will take care of everything for us. All the original
documents that you need to register the bike on your name including
the power of attorney paper, are sealed in a container at the
transport company.

So, it's impossible from me to get back all this documents in this
moment, because the bike is ready to be delivered.
