We recently had several customers buying their HELITE vests online in Germany without the cartridge to save shipping cost, then asking our distributor in Israel to supply them the cartridge.
Our Israelian distributors are upset to insure the service for customers who are not buying from them.

If you send a copy of your Helite vest invoice to ADKEYZ TECHNOLOGIES and they see that you bought your vest before they were established (May 2017), I am sure that they will be happy to supply you with spare cartridges.
