If you have been refused a licence because of your eyesight, then before you can drive again, you must be able to satisfy the authority that your vision is 6/12 with one or both eyes, and that you have a satisfactory field of vision. A visit to an optometrist with the necessary equipment to evaluate your visual field is required.
